Blossom Scouting & Development is a mother agency based in Oakland, California. We specialize in scouting, development and placement of models to top agencies worldwide. We pride ourselves in thinking outside of the box and not conforming to what the industry standard of beauty might be. All shapes and sizes are welcome here! Our main focus is to find models who are beautiful inside and out and to help them blossom into a long and successful modeling career.

Becca Mikesell is an experienced model scout and agent. She started out in the fashion industry over 10 years ago as a wardrobe stylist, then transitioned into the agency life. Becca spent 5 years as the scouting and new faces director at Scout Model Agency before starting Blossom. During that time she scouted many successful models by focusing on street scouting as well as scouting on social media. She recently returned to Scout to work as an agent in their San Francisco office. Becca takes pride in having personal relationships with each model to ensure their development in the industry. She also loves being creative with her photography and styling skills which are a major asset to the models giving them the hands on learning approach they deserve from a mother agent.
